摘要
目的探讨安全输液示范病房在提升全院静脉治疗质量中的作用。方法创建安全输液示范病房,确立静脉治疗质量管理目标和工作推进方法,更新静脉治疗标准程序,加强培训和质量控制,每年根据横断面调查结果进行管理改进等,完成第1阶段(2015～2017年)任务后评价效果。结果实施前全面留置外周静脉导管8 445例、中心静脉导管15 892例,实施后分别为13 855例、27 831例;实施后与实施前比较,静脉输液工具选择更合理、无针化连接率显著上升、中心静脉导管维护缺陷及静脉治疗相关并发症发生率显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论安全输液示范病房的建设发挥了示范与引领作用,有效提升了全院静脉治疗品质。
Objective To explore the effect of safe infusion model ward in improving the quality of intravenous therapy.Methods A safe infusion model ward was constructed,the goal of quality management and work promotion methods for intravenous therapy were identified,and the standard procedure for intravenous therapy was updated,the related training and quality control were strengthened,and the management was improved annually according to the result of cross-sectional survey,then the effect was evaluated after completion of the first stage(2015-2017)task.Results Before the intervention,8445cases of peripheral venous catheter and15892cases of central venous catheter were indewelled in the whole hospital,which were13855cases and27831cases after the intervention.After the intervention,the selection of intravenous infusion tools was more reasonable,the rate of non-needle connection was significantly increased,the defects of central venous catheter maintenance and the incidence of infusion-related complications were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01)when compared with those before the intervention.Conclusion The construction of the safe infusion model ward plays a demonstration and leading role,and improves the quality of intravenous therapy in the hospital effectively.
