摘要
安宁疗护对缓解患者痛苦、提高患者生命质量有着重要的意义。文章阐述了国内外安宁疗护的发展现状,指出中国大陆安宁疗护发展的主要阻碍因素,包括实施人员态度消极、患者及家属认知度不高、社会支持度低、护理模式缺乏等问题,并结合阻碍因素以及国外安宁疗护对我国大陆安宁疗护发展提出建议。
Hospice care has great significance in alleviating patients'pain and improving their quality of life.Article expound the current situation of hospice care at home and abroad,and point out the main obstacle factors of the development of hospice care in China's Mainland,which include the passive attitude of implementer,short of professional personnel,social support and lake of nursing model.The article make some suggestions to speed up the development of hospice care in China's Mainland.
