摘要
目的建立安宫牛黄丸中毒性成分雄黄和朱砂的含量测定方法。方法先对安宫牛黄丸进行微波消解,再用原子吸收分光光度法分别对雄黄中的砷和朱砂中的汞进行定量分析。结果砷的浓度在0~50μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=5.302×10^(-3)X+2.997×10^(-3),r=0.999 6,平均加样回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.08%;汞的浓度在0~50μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,Y=3.793×10^(-3) X+5.638×10^(-3)3,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为98.95%,RSD为0.99%,6批样品中砷含量在54.81~113.79 mg/丸范围内,汞含量在68.37~130.95 mg/丸范围内。结论所建立的方法可靠、准确性高、专属性强,可有效控制该制剂中的毒性成分雄黄和朱砂的含量。
Objective To establish a determination method of realgar and cinnabar,the toxic components in Angong Niuhuang Pills.Methods The microwave digestion of Angong Niuhuang Pills was first performed,and then the arsenic in realgar and mercury in cinnabar was quantitatively analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results The arsenic concentration was in a good linear relationship with the absorbance within the range of 0~50μg/ml,the regression equation Y=5.302×10-3 X+2.997×10-3,r=0.999 6,the average recovery rate was 98.86%with RSD of 1.08%.The mercury concentration was in a good linear relationship with the absorbance within the range of 0~50μg/ml.,the regression equation Y=3.793×10-3 X+5.638×10-3,r=0.999 7,the average recovery rate was 98.95%with RSD of 0.99%.The arsenic content in 6 batches of samples ranged from 54.81 to 113.79 mg per pill,the mercury contentin 6 batches of samples ranged from 68.37 to 130.95 mg per pill.Conclusion The establishedmethodisreliable,highly accurate,strongly specific and can effectively control the contents of toxicingredients in the preparation.
