摘要
目的:探讨中医手法复位加中药敷贴治疗骨折的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年5月-2014年6月收治的82例尺桡骨骨折患者应用中医手法复位加中药敷贴治疗骨折的临床资料。对82例尺桡骨骨折的患者进行了研究,随机将患者分为研究组与对照组各41例,所有患者均采用中医手法复位,研究组在中医手法复位基础上加中药敷贴。结果:经过治疗,研究组患者总有效率为97.6%,对照组为82.9%,研究组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医手法复位加中药敷贴治疗尺桡骨骨折临床效果良好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of TCM manual reduction plus TCM medicine application on fracture.Methods:82 cases of ulnar and radial fracture treated by TCM manual reduction were studied,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group of 41 cases respectively.All the patients were treated by TCM manual reduction.The study group were treated with TCM medicine more.Results:The total efficient in the study group was 97.6%,more than 82.9%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of TCM manual reduction plus TCM medicine application on fracture of ulna and radius were good.
