摘要
目的:探讨手法复位加中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2005年6月～2007年6月来诊的46例旋前外展型踝关节骨折患者应用手法复位加中药熏洗治疗的临床资料。结果:术后8周内按标准评定关节功能恢复优者36例,占78.3%,良6例,占13.0%,差4例,占8.7%。随访均痊愈。结论:手法复位加中药熏洗治疗旋前外展型踝关节骨折脱位效果较好,可以推广应用。
Objective： To explore the manual reduction plus traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of ankle fracture and dislocation of the clinical effects. Methods： 46 cases of pronation and abduction ankle fractures in patients with manipulative reduction and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of clinical data of our hospital were ret- rospective analyzed from June 2005 to June 2007. Results： After 8 weeks of standard assessment of recovery of joint function excellent in 36 cases, accounting for 78.3%, good in 6 cases, accounting for 13.0%, poor in 4 cases, accounting for 8.7%. Follow-up were cured. Conclusion： Manipulative reduction and traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of pronation and abduction fumigation ankle fracture and dislocation of the better-performing, it can be applied to promote.
