摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在2型糖尿病合并白内障患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法将我院2015年12月至2016年12月收治的80例2型糖尿病合并白内障患者随机等分为观察组与对照组,两组均于我院行超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上联合护理风险管理,比较两组患者视力改善情况、术后视力、空腹血糖水平、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组视力改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后视力显著高于对照组,空腹血糖显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并白内障患者围手术期应用护理风险管理,可显著改善患者术后视力,血糖控制效果明显,术后恢复快,安全性高。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in patients of type 2 diabetes complicated with cataract in perioperative period.Methods To compared the status of visual acuity improvement,postoperative visual acuity,fasting blood glucose level and postoperative complication,80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cataract,who received phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016,were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal number.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention,while the study group adopted nursing risk management on this basis.Results The visual acuity improvement of the study group was apparently better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significance(P<0.05).The postoperative visual acuity of the study group was better than the control group,the fasting blood glucose of the study group was apparently lower than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significance.(P<0.05)The incidence of the postoperative complication of the study group was lower than that of the control group,which the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in type 2 diabetes complicated with cataract patients during perioperative period could greatly improve patients'postoperative visual acuity,better control on blood glucose level,which also provided fast postoperative recovery and high safety insurance.
