摘要
目的研究合并糖尿病患者采用手术室围手术期护理的临床效果。方法研究时段是2017年2月—2019年8月,研究对象为该院接收84例手术治疗合并糖尿病患者,随机数字表法分观察组(手术室围手术期护理)与对照组(常规护理),各42例,比较生活质量、血糖、并发症及低血糖发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白低;生活质量评分高;观察组满意率(97.61%)高于对照组83.33%(χ^2=4.974,P=0.026);观察组并发症率及低血糖发生率(7.14%,0.00%)低于对照组(16.66%,9.52%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.459、4.200,P=0.035、0.040 <0.05)。结论手术室围手术期护理能提高手术治疗合并糖尿病患者的整体疗效。
Objective To study the clinical effect of perioperative nursing in the operating room for patients with diabetes.Methods The study period was From February 2017 to Angust 2019.The research subjects received 84 patients with diabetes mellitus undergoing surgical treatment in the hospital.Random number table method was used to divide observation group(perioperative nursing in the operating room)and control group(routine nursing)into 42 patients each to compare the quality of life,blood glucose,complications,and the incidence of hypoglycemia.Results Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were low;the quality of life score was high;the satisfaction rate in the observation group(97.61%)was higher than the control group 83.33%(χ^2=4.974 P=0.026);observation group of the complication rateand the incidence of hypoglycemia(7.14%,0.00%)were lower in the group than in the control group(16.66%,9.52%)(χ^2=4.459,4.200,P=0.035,0.040,P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing in the operating room can improve the overall effect of surgical treatment of patients with diabetes.
