摘要
干眼发病率高,目前中医临床大多从肝肾阴虚、肺阴亏虚等方面论治干眼,取得一定临床疗效。本文查阅大量文献,结合多位医家观点,除阴虚外,阳虚亦可导致干眼的发生。故本文从干眼的好发人群与危险因素及干眼的中西医病机等方面对阳虚导致干眼进行了探讨。
With high incidence of dry eye,dry eye disease in clinic was usually treated from deficieny of liver-Yin and kidney-Yin,and deficiency of lung-Yin,with certain curative effects.We found that in addition to Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency could also lead to dry eye through searching the ancient and modern literature,combined with clinical experience of some doctors.Therefore,dry eye induced by Yang deficiency was dis
