摘要
利用^(60)Co-γ射线辐射处理突变体Z-94320(双青豆)风干种子,在M_6获得108个突变系,对其中的40个突变系从农艺性状、生物学性状、衰老时期叶片叶绿素含量及蛋白质方面进行分析,可为大豆滞绿突变体的利用及种皮颜色的研究提供理论依据。结果表明,突变体中4粒荚数、分枝荚数、瘪粒荚数的变异系数较大,均超过了70%;突变系中豆荚色、种皮色和子叶色出现了变异,种皮颜色呈现出从绿到黄的过渡;种皮色一致的情况下,在大豆衰老期,子叶色为绿色的突变系比黄色的突变系叶片叶绿素含量下降幅度小甚至出现叶绿素含量上升的趋势;大豆滞绿突变系中,子叶和种皮均为绿色的大豆蛋白质含量相对高于子叶和种皮均为黄色的大豆突变系,滞绿大豆的蛋白质含量相对较高,平均达到44%左右。
The air-dried seeds of soybean were treated by 60Co-γ-ray irradiation.108 mutants were obtained in M6 generation,40 of the mutant lines were analyzed from the aspects of agronomic characters,biological characters,chlorophyll content and protein in leaves during senescence,which provided a theoretical basis for the utilization of soybean hysteretic green mutants and the study of seed coat color.The results showed that the variation coefficient of four pods number,branched pods number and deflated pods number in the mutant was higher than 70%.There were variations in pod color,seed skin color and cotyledon color in the mutant line,and the seed coat color showed a transition from green to yellow.Under the condition of the same skin color,during the senescence period of soybean,the leaf chlorophyll of the green cotyledon line decreased less than that of the yellow mutant line,and even showed the trend of chlorophyll rising.In soybean hysteretic green mutant lines,the protein content of soybean with green cotyledon and seed coat was higher than that with yellow cotyledon and seed skin color.The protein content of stay-green soybean was relatively high,the average was about 44%.
