不同株系制种对大豆杂交种农艺性状的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Strains Seed Production on Agronomic Traits of Soybean Hybrids

摘要 选用来源于山西、安徽2个恢复系材料的各5个株系与2个不育系所制的20个杂交种为材料,研究了不同株系所制杂交种农艺性状间的差异,不同地区恢复系所制杂交种单株粒质量的差异以及杂交种不同农艺性状间的相关性。结果表明,不同株系所制杂交种农艺性状各指标变异系数差异较大,株高、主茎节数、百粒质量和每荚粒数变异系数较小,株质量、分枝数、单株粒数、总荚数和单株粒质量变异系数较大,不同来源的不育系受此影响程度有所差异;安徽的恢复系材料与2个不育系所制的杂交种单株粒质量都优于山西材料,表明地理关系较远的亲本间杂交杂种优势更明显;单株粒质量与株高、株质量、主茎节数和分枝数呈极显著正相关;百粒质量与每荚粒数、株高、主茎节数呈极显著负相关,与单株粒数、总荚数、分枝数相关系数不显著。 Hybrid materials produced by Shanxi, Anhui two restorers each five strains and two steriles were used to analyze hybrid agronomic traits and correlations. The results showed that variation coefficients of agronomic traits were different among hybrids of different strains, which of plant height, main stem nodes, 100-seed quality and seed number per pod were small, which of plant quality,branches, seed number, pod number and grain yield per plant were bigger. Effect degree was different between sterile lines. Hybrid grain yield per plant produced by Anhui materials and two sterile lines were better than the Shanxi ones. It showed that geographical distant cross between parents would cause obvious heterosis. Grain yield per plant and plant height, plant quality, main stem nodes and branches were positively correlated. 100-seed quality and seed number per pod, plant height and main stem nodes showed significant negative correlation, which was not significant with seed number, pod number, branches.
