摘要
采用工业PC结合嵌入式处理器与自研专用集成电路的控制结构,提出一种3D打印控制系统硬件电路的实现方法。根据3D打印的工艺特点与加工要求,采用高性能32位嵌入式处理器,实现了上下位机数据的高速串行通信、液晶屏控制等电路;通过FPGA自制专用集成电路,实现了打印扫描控制、丝温温度采集与驱动控制等功能。系统测试表明:所完成的打印控制电路能够有效满足3D打印工艺的实际需求,同时具备较高的可靠性、集成度与实时性。
Machining requirements and character are analyzed,and a typical structure for 3D printing control system is suggested with industrial PC,embedded microcontroller and self-developed ASIC.Then,a high performance 32-bit embedded microprocessor is programmed to realize the high speed serial communication,liquid crystal display control,and a FPGA based self-developed ASIC is developed to control the scanning motion,temperature acquiring of the printing thread,thread jetting motion,etc.,a 3D printing controller with above structure is achieved in this paper.Machining tests indicate that with the controller developed,the machining requirements can be fulfilled with higher reliability,integrity and better performance of real-time,compare to other 3D systems.
