摘要
系统的介绍了一种步进电机直线加减速的控制方案,核心内容为如何根据加工线段的剩余长度判断减速区域。此方法大大缩减了加工时间,有效地提高了加工效率,且具有智能控制的特点。该算法已经在自行开发设计的数控系统中应用并得到验证。
A control method of linear acceleration and deceleration on step motor was introduced in this paper. The main idea was to judge the deceleration district according to the residual length of the line segment. This method reduced machining time greatly and increased cutting efficiency availably. It also had the characteristic of intelligent control. The method had been applied and confirmed in the NC svstem successfully.
