Objective:To analyze the curative effects and adverse reactions of pulse therapy with large dose of gamma globulin in the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura. Methods:From Jan.2014 to Dec.2016,a total of 118 children with abdominal allergic purpura in our hospital were taken as the clinical objects, and they were randomly divided into study group(59 cases)and control group(59 cases). Both groups were given routine treatment, besides, the study group was given large dose of gamma globulin. The curative effects, symptom remission time and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate in the study group was 98.31%which was obviously higher than that in the control group 86.44%,and their difference was statistically significant(P约0.05).The symptom(vomiting, bloody stool, abdominal pain, rash, joint symptom)remission time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P约0.05).The incidence rates of gross hematuria, nausea and vomiting, fever and foam urine in the study group were respectively 3.39%,3.39%,1.69%and 1.69%which were close to those in the control group, and their differences were not statistically significant(P跃0.05).Conclusion:Large dose of gamma globulin which has less adverse reactions in the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura, can alleviate symptoms as soon as possible and improve curative effects. Thus,it is worthy of application in clinic.
