摘要
具有FCB功能火电机组在设计方面有其特殊要求,通过对机组FCB工况稳态和瞬态过程研究发现,与常规火电比较,其主要差异在于高低压旁路阀的容量配置、给水泵的容量确定及驱动汽轮机的汽源保证、除氧器的储水容量选择和加热汽源保证、高压加热器的加热汽源保证等辅机设计选型方面。通过多个工程设计经验总结,确定了这些辅机的正确选型方法,确保机组能安全可靠实现FCB功能,该方法和措施对其他要求具备FCB功能机组的设计有重要参考意义。
For the thermal power plant with FCB function,there are special requirements on design.By researching FCB transient and steady process,in contrast to normal power plant,we found out the important selection differences of bypass valve capacity,feedwater pump capacity and driving-turbine steam supplying,deaerator water storage capacity and heating-steam supplying,high pressure heater heating-steam supplying etc.Based on several engineerings design experience,we determined the correct selection of these auxiliary equipments.Thus,power plant can be realized FCB function safely and reliably.The method has important reference value for the design of FCB function power plant.
