摘要
FCB功能的实现是现有运行方式的一种补充。本文从FCB的提出背景、实现FCB的不利因素、以及FCB对机组的影响等方面分析了机组采用FCB的可靠性和必要性。一旦发生解网事故,笔者认为首先应将厂用电切至备用电源,待FCB成功后再起励并网,避免小岛运行失败后因失去厂用电对机组带来的危害。
FCB function is a kind of supplement of existing operation mode. This paper analyzed the reliability and necessity of the use of FCB from the proposition background, disadvantage to realize FCB and influence to the unit. Once network islanding accidents occur, it should switch the plant power supply to standby power supply, after FCB the generating units could set up excitation and connect to grid, so as to avoid the loss of auxiliary power supply to the generating units.
