摘要
立足于互联网、大数据、云计算等新技术高速发展的背景,本文总结分析党校智慧图书馆的特征和角色定位,探讨党校智慧图书馆构建的关键要素,并提出党校智慧图书馆建设要充分利用现代信息技术挖掘整合资源、深入研究用户、将资源与用户精准关联的实施对策,以实现党校智慧图书馆建设的目标。
In the background of rapid development of Internet,big data,cloud computing and other new technologies,this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and role positioning of Party school smart library,explores the key elements of the construction of Party school smart library,and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of the Party school smart library,including excavating and integrating resources by making full use of modern information technology,deeply investigating users,accurately associating resources with users,so as to achieve the goal of smart construction of Party school library.
