摘要
目的研究了黄蜀葵花总黄酮含量测定的最佳方法。方法对以金丝桃苷为对照品的两种测定方法的结果进行分析比较。结果以金丝桃苷为对照,甲醇回流提取黄蜀葵花总黄酮,紫外分光光度法直接测定,方法简便准确。结论该方法可作为黄蜀葵花药材及其制剂的黄蜀葵花总黄酮含量测定方法。
Objective To establish an optimum method for the determination of total flavonoids from Abelmoschi Corolla.Methods The results of two methods are compared and analyzed,with hyperin as reference substance.Results Using hyperin as reference substance,total flavonoids extracted from Abelmoschi Corolla through reflux extraction were determined by UV spectrophotometry.The method is simple and accurate.Conclusion This method can be used for determination of flavonoids from Abelmoschi Corolla and its preparation.
