摘要
目的分析综合护理干预对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者抑郁心理及生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年1月~2017年1月间在我院进行治疗的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者64例作为研究对象,均为已婚女性,患者及其家属对本研究知情同意。采用随机数表法将64例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者分为干预组和对照组,每组32例。两组患者均予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片、克罗米芬、枸缘酸氯米芬等药物治疗。同时对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取综合护理,包括心理指导、用药指导、运动及饮食指导、健康教育等,对两组患者治疗前后的SDS评分及生活质量进行评价及比较分析。结果治疗后,干预组患者治疗后的SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组患者治疗后的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者采取综合护理干预措施,包括心理指导、用药指导、运动及饮食指导、健康教育等,有利于提高患者对疾病的认知程度,缓解患者的抑郁心理,改善患者的生活质量,从而提高临床治疗效果及护理质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression and quality of life in the patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods A total of64patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January2016to January2017were selected as the study subjects.All of them were married women.Patients and their families all gave informed consent of the study.64patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method,with32cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,clomiphene,clomifene citrate and other drugs.At the same time,the control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing care,including psychological guidance,medication guidance,exercise and diet guidance,health education,etc.The SDS scores and quality of life were evaluated,analyzed and compared before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,the scores of SDS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material function in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures for the patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome,including psychological guidance,medication guidance,exercise and diet guidance,health education,etc,is conducive to improving the patient's awareness of the disease,relieving depression and improving the quality of life,so as to improve the clinical effect and quality of nursing care.
