摘要
目的对比LEEP术和传统微波治疗妇科慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法选择我院2015年2月至2016年1月收治的60例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者予以传统微波术治疗,观察组患者予以LEEP术治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、炎症程度及清洁度评分。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的炎症程度、清洁度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以慢性宫颈炎患者LEEP术的治疗效果更为显著,可显著清除炎症,提高病变部位清洁度,进而提高临床疗效,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To compare the effect of LEEP and traditional microwave therapy on chronic cervicitis in gynecology.Methods Sixty patients with chronic cervicitis treated in our hospital fromFebruary2015to January2016were selected as the study subjects,and all patients were divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.Patients in the control group received traditional microwave therapy,patients in the control group received LEEP.The clinical efficacy,scores of inflammation and cleanliness of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was86.67%,which was higher than63.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of inflammation and cleanliness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP treatment is more effective for patients with chronic cervicitis,which can significantly remove inflammatory lesions,improve the cleanliness,then improve the clinical curative effect.It is worth promote the clinical application.
