摘要
目的探讨LEEP刀与微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果和安全性。方法选取我院妇科自2011年1月至2014年12月门诊及住院收治有性生活史的慢性宫颈炎患者116例,随机分为观察组(LEEP刀治疗组)和对照组(微波治疗组)各58例,观察两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后出血发生率及术后3个月临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间及术后出血发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组术中出血量比较(P>0.05),差异无显著性;两组患者术后3个月随访,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎较微波治疗具有手术时间短,降低出血量,操作简单,疗效显著等优点,又可提供完整病理标本,有效降低宫颈癌的误诊和漏诊率,值得临床推广。
Objective Explore the clinical efficacy and safety of LEEP and microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods The 116 cases of patients had sexual life history,suffered from chronic cervicitis and got treatment in department of gynaecology of our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014,were randomly divided into observation group（ LEEP treatment group） and control group（ microwave therapy group）,58 cases in each group. Intra- operative bleeding volume,operation time,post- operative hemorrhage in two groups of patients and clinical efficacy were observed. Results The operation time and postoperative bleeding occurrence rate of observation were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,the differences were statistically significant. The difference of intra- operative bleeding volume in the two groups was not significant（ P〉 0. 05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions LEEP knife has the advantages of shorter operation time,less blood loss,simple operation,and can provide complete pathological specimen,which can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate of cervical cancer,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
