摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤医院临床护理人员核心能力的现状及其影响因素,以此为肿瘤医院培养高素质护理人才提供科学依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,运用一般资料调查表和注册护士核心能力量表对某肿瘤医院79名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:护士的核心能力总分为(192.28±32.19)分,专业发展能力和教育/咨询能力得分最低。结论:年龄、工作年限、职称、学历、对护理专业的兴趣和从事护理工作的发展前景是其影响因素,其中年龄、学历、对护理专业的兴趣是护士核心能力的独立影响因素。
Objective:To explore the status quo and influence factors of clinical nurses5core competence in tumor hospitals,and to provide scientific basisfor the cultivation of high quality nursing talents in tumor hospitals.Methods:According to the convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey wasconducted among79nursing staffs in a tumor hospital by using the general sampling questionnaire and the registered nurses5core competence scale.Results:The total score of nurses’core competencies was(192.28±32.19)points and the scores of professional development ability and education/counselingability were the lowest.Conclusion:Age,work experience,professional title,educational background,interest in nursing specialty and developmentprospect of nursing work can influence the core competence of the nurses.The age,educational background and interest in nursing specialty are the independentinfluencing factors of nurses5core competence.
