摘要
就业结构与产业结构研究是当前高等教育领域研究的热点之一。本文以2001-2015年CNKI数据库中CSSCI收录的519条就业结构与产业结构研究的论文为样本,通过文献计量法和相关分析法,使用CitespaceⅢ绘制出高校毕业生就业结构与产业结构研究的作者与研究机构聚类图谱、关键词聚类图谱和时区视图,并以"就业增长"为重要动力、以"适应性研究"为主要方向,以"新常态"和"供给侧改革"为研究背景,分析了高校毕业生就业结构与产业结关系研究的特点与趋势。
Employment structure and industrial structure is one of the hot spots in the research field of highereducation. Based on the database CNKI between 2001 and 2015 with 519 paper samples collected by CSSCI , the studyemploys the bibliometric method and correlational analysis method to draw clustering maps that summarize the status ofemployment structure and industrial structure research including authors of samples and theirs institutions, key wordsclustering maps and time zone maps. The study analyses the features and trends of college graduates’employmentstructure and industrial structure, with employment growth, as the important impetus, adaptability research as maindirection under the background of "new normal" and "supply side reform".
