摘要
针对继电器生产线研发项目计划进度控制难的问题,对项目分别进行WBS和PBS分解,应用甘特图、关键路径及网络图编制合理科学的项目计划,并通过项目实施过程的动态监控,适时报告及对策,合理掌握项目成本、质量与进度间的权衡关系,充分利用挣值分析方法对项目进行有效监控,以期为从事设备尤其是自动生产线开发项目的企业提供一定借鉴。
We decomposed the project WBS and PBS tomake the project plan through applying gantt chart, the criticalpath and network planning. We solved the difficulty of schedulemanagement through dynamic process monitoring, reporting timelyand controlling the balance of cost, quality and progress. In terms ofproject management methods, this paper will have certain referencesignificance to the development enterprises especially for automaticproduction line and equipment.
