摘要
挣值法作为项目管理的一项重要技术,在我国的应用过程中还存在一些需要解决的问题。文章从挣值法的指标体系、适用范围、基础性工作等3方面分析了如何在实际工作中应用挣值法。
Earned Value Management is a important technology in project management. But there are still some issues in use of this tool in China. The author discusses how to make use of the Earned Value Management from the Index System, the scope of application and the basic work in the practical work.
