摘要 基于IGBT模块的失效机理介绍了3种寿命预测模型,分析3种模型所考虑的因素并对比计算其准确性和实际操作性。选择Bayerer寿命预测模型,并给出IGBT寿命预测流程,最后基于某变电所的实测负荷,验证了Bayerer模型的预测结果更准确、更符合实际情况。 3 types of service life prediction models are introduced on the basis of the failure mechanism of IGBT module.Factors considered for 3 types of models are analyzed,and calculation and comparison are made to verify their accuracy and practical operability;IGBT service life prediction flow has been given by selecting of Bayerer service life prediction model;and finally,on the basis of actual tested loads in a substation,prediction results by Bayerer model are verified to be more accurate and adaptable to the actual situations.
