单相三路交错式功率因数校正技术 被引量:3

摘要 为降低成本,减小谐波含量,提出一种基于状态观测器的三路交错式功率因数校正(PFC)控制方法。分析三路交错式运行机理,通过设计控制参数,分别对电压控制环路与电流控制环路进行独立控制,采用状态观测器对输入电压进行估计。仿真及实验结果表明所提控制方法可在宽输入电压及功率工况下实现接近于1的功率因数控制效果,提高了系统输出能力,使谐波含量低于5%,且降低了系统成本,具有较高的自适应性与稳定性。 In order to reduce cost and harmonic content,a three-way interleaving power factor correction(PFC)control method based on state observer is proposed.Three-way interleaving operation mechanism is analyzed,through the design of control parameters,the control loop circuits of voltage and current are individually controlled,the input voltage is estimated by state observer.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control method can achieve the control effect that power factor is close to 1,improve the system output capability,make the harmonic content below 5%and reduce system cost with high adaptability and stability under wide input voltage and power conditions.
