Natural and public security disasters occur frequently in China, and in the face of disasters,it is of great significance to quickly implement the collaborative mapping of experts from different places and to formulate disaster relief plans in a timely manner. In response to this problem, this paper is based on ArcEngine development to achieve a collaborative plotting system that includes multi-expert information transfer and plot reproduction. In order to improve the collaborative mapping efficiency of the system remote experts, the system data update mode combines the replication, synchronization and version management functions of the ArcSDE geodatabase to learn the version update mode in ArcGIS,and adopts the data editing and update mode of the 'single person single version' mode.A data update mode combining online data update mode and offline data update mode is proposed.By adding an offline mode disaster mapping strategy, the problem of off-site expert mapping interruption caused by network failure or other network emergencies is solved. The experimental results show that the design of the data update mode can effectively reduce the dependence on the network in the process of system collaborative plotting, and provide more comprehensive and efficient protection for the disaster relief plan for off-site experts.
