摘要
自7～8龄后备施氏鲟(Acipenserschrencki)亲鱼群体中选出成熟较好的亲鱼进行人工催熟培育,其中1尾雌鲟、5尾雄鲟效果较好。经催产、手术取卵、干法授精和孵化,获受精卵19095粒,孵出健康鲟苗8714尾,受精率30 12%,孵化率45 63%。受试鲟术后20d左右开始摄食,伤口完全愈合。孵出的鱼苗经9d暂养,卵黄吸收完毕,开始摄食,发育正常。
<Abstrcat> The sturgeon Acipenser schrencki at good maturating condition were selected from the cultured population and were induced to maturation artificially. Among those only one female and five male were successfully induced to maturation and spawn. The eggs were got by surgery operation and fertilized artificially. During the operation,the duration of gettingeggs took 30 min and the sewingup took 46 min. The mother sturgeon was put into water right after the sewingup and recovered 20 d later. The number of fertilized eggs were 19 095, and the hatched larvae were 8 714. The fertitized rate was 30.12%, and the hatching rate was 45.63%.
