摘要
取7龄西伯利亚鲟(AcipenserbaeriBrandt),第1次产卵前4个月,放入2组不同温度的水池中越冬,Ⅰ组水温13~14℃;Ⅱ组7~8℃。每组4尾雌鱼,6尾雄鱼。催产前水温升至15~16℃,人工催产结果,Ⅰ组1尾雌鱼排卵和2尾雄鱼排精,Ⅱ组3尾雌鱼排卵,5尾雄鱼排精;雌鱼排卵全部采用输卵管切割手术取卵,获得成熟卵3.26kg,共计21.5×104粒;用“半干法”授精,获受精卵19.11×104粒,受精率86.7%~95.6%;孵出鱼苗12.5×104尾,孵化率40%~68.9%。结果说明,在人工培育条件下,西伯利亚鲟能够成熟并成功地进行人工繁殖;产前培育温度变化对西伯利亚鲟性腺发育和人工繁殖效果有明显影响;与养殖施氏鲟的人工繁殖比较,催产效应时间基本相同;雄鱼发育较差。
Acipenser baerii has many advantages such as wide feeding habits, low larvae mortality, high growth rate and so on. It is main cultured species of sturgeon in Russia. Since 1996 million and million fertilized eggs have been introduced into China. The cultured quantity of this species ranks the second in commercial sturgeons production in China. Up to now the cultured Acipenser baerii introduced from abroad have got mature and become stocks ( about 7 years old ). There are many studies on reproduction of Acipenser baerii in other countries especially in Russia, but in China no report was released on it. In this study the experiment was conducted focusing on the effects of pre-spawning holding temperatures on reproduction of Acipenser baerii.The 7-year-old cultured Acipenser baerii , of which the fertilized eggs were from abroad, were stocked in two groups of ponds for wintering, water temperatures maintained at constant 13-14?℃(groupⅠ) and 7-8?℃(groupⅡ) during the four months before spawning. Each group had 4 females and 6 males. Just before the spawning water temperature was raised to 15-16?℃ in group I. The results of artificial induction by hormonal (LHRH) were that three females in group Ⅱand one female in group Ⅰspawned. Five males in groupⅡ and two males in group Ⅰ released sperms. All spawning females reproduced 215?000 eggs by surgery (cutting oviduct) and the total eggs weighted 3.26?kg. Artificial fertilization was conducted by half-drying method and the fertilization rate was 86.7%-95.6%, and 125?000 larvae were hatched, hatching rate 40%-68.9%. The conclusions are that Acipenser baerii can be maturing and artificial reproduction can be completed successfully under artificial breeding conditions in China. Pro-spawning temperature affects sex grand development and spawning obviously. Compared with cultured Acipenser schenckii by artificial reproduction, the duration of spawning reaction in Acipenser baerii is the same. The result also indicates that the sexual gland development in male fish is not good enough in this experiment.
