摘要
将专利分析和TRIZ创新设计方法应用于电梯关键部件的研究。以导靴为例,在对导靴专利检索的基础上,对其进行了专利引文分析,并利用TRIZ理论结合目标专利的技术特征进行了专利规避设计,结果产生了具有专利规避性的新方案。
Patent analysis and TRIZ innovative design method are applied on the study of elevator key components. Taking the guide shoe as an example, the patent citation analysis is carried out on the basis of the patent search for the guide shoe, and the patent evasion design is carried out by combining the TRIZ theory with the technical features of the target patent, resulting in a new scheme of patent evasion.
