摘要
将专利信息分析方法应用于电梯导靴,在对导靴专利检索的基础上,对导靴进行了专利引文分析和同族专利分析,并在分析结果的基础上探讨了专利规避设计和专利分析有效利用的整体思路。
Applying the patent information analysis method to the elevator guide shoe,on the basis of the patent search for the guide shoe,the patent citation analysis and the patent family analysis are carried out,and the whole idea of patent circumvention design and effective utilization of patents is discussed on the basis of the analysis results.
