摘要
该文梳理了体外胰岛素抵抗模型的建立方法,并进行总结。为研究胰岛素抵抗提供更为可靠、稳定、便捷的细胞模型。以期为研究者选取适合的体外胰岛素抵抗细胞模型提供参考。
In this paper,the establishment method of insulin resistance model in vitro was reviewed and summarized. It provides a more reliable,stable and convenient cell model for the study of insulin resistance. In order to provide a reference for the researchers to select the appropriate in-vitro insulin resistance cell model.
