摘要
阴阳学说是中医药体系中重要的理论之一,被广泛且有效地用于指导各类疾病的辨证论治。慢性心力衰竭属于中医＂心衰病＂之领域,其病机为本虚标实,其中阳气亏虚为本,瘀血痰饮为标。该文从阴阳学说论心衰病的病因病机,认识到阴阳与心衰病发生发展的密切关系,从而强调益气温阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效性。
The theory of Yin and Yang is one of the important theories in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）system,which has been widely and effectively used to guide the dialectical treatment of various diseases. The chronic heart failure has been belonging to the field of＂heart failure disease＂in TCM,and its pathogenesis is found to be deficiency in origin and enrichment in superficiality. The deficiency of Yangqi is the basic cause of chronic heart failure,while the blood stasis,phlegm and retained fluid are superficial cause. This paper is based on the theory of Yin and Yang to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of heart failure,then to recognize the deep relationship between Yin and Yang with heart failure,finally,to emphasize the therapeutic effectiveness of Yiqi Wenyang therapy on chronic heart failure.
