苏里格气田提高井筒封固完整性固井工艺研究与实践 被引量:2

Research and practice on improving well sealing integrity cementing technology in Sulige gasfield

摘要 苏里格气田区块储层以岩屑砂岩为主,结构、成分成熟度较低,属典型的低孔低渗储层。区块内多口井二开钻进时在延长组发生井漏等复杂情况,且固井过程中发生的井漏带来地层漏封,对井筒封固完整性带来巨大挑战。为了提高井筒封固完整性,在固井施工过程中尝试了以下技术措施:(1)优化水泥浆柱结构:采用粉煤灰低密度和常规水泥浆两凝体系;(2)正注反挤工艺;(3)尝试一次性上返工艺;(4)全程严格控制施工参数。通过现场应用结果表明,这几项措施能有效的提高产层固井质量优质率,保证井筒封固完整性。可以在苏里格地区易漏井,长封固段井推广使用。 The reservoirs in the Sulige gasfield are dominated by lithic sandstones with low structural and compositional maturity and are typical low-porosity and low-permeability reservoirs. Complex wells such as lost circulation occur in the extended group when multiple wells are drilled in the block, and the lost circulation caused by the well leakage during the cementing process.It poses a huge challenge to the integrity of the wellbore seal. In order to improve the integrity of the wellbore sealing, the following technical measures were tried in the cementing construction process.(1)Optimize the cement slurry column structure,use low- density fly ash and conventional cement slurry two-condensation system.(2)Positive injection back-extrusion process.(3)Try a one-time return process.(4)Strict control of construc- tion parameters throughout the process.The results of on-site application show that these measures can effectively improve the quality of the cementing quality of the production layer and ensure the integrity of the wellbore sealing.It can be easily leaked in the Sulige area and promoted in the long sealing section.
