摘要
为解决常规ф139.7 mm分级注水泥器在固井结束后存在的附件钻除难题,研制了一种新型的适用于水平井完井的可捞式分级注水泥器。通过开展高承载打捞机构、大间隙密封和压胶塞替浆等关键结构和工艺的研究,实现了固井后内部附件一次性提出井口,无需钻除作业即可达到全通径的应用要求。地面试验和入井试验表明,可捞式分级注水泥器的打开和关闭功能正常,内部附件可顺利打捞出井口,满足了现场应用条件。
In order to solve the problem of drilling out the inside components of the conventional φ139.7 mm stage collar after cementing operation, a new plug-retrievable stage collar for horizontal well was developed in this paper. By researching on the key structures and processes of fishing mechanism, large gap sealing and cementing displacement, the inside components could be retrieved out of the well after cementing, and full bore of the well could be achieved without drilling-out operation. The ground test and field test showed that all fhnetions of the stage collar were well proved, which had reached the requirements of field application.
