囊胚期胚胎二次冷冻复苏移植1例的出生结局和儿童发育情况随访 被引量：4

摘要 囊胚玻璃化冷冻能够很好地保存胚胎,但是二次冷冻的安全性还有待于商榷。本文旨在分析囊胚二次玻璃化冷冻复苏移植后的出生结局和儿童发育情况。此患者在我中心常规促排卵后玻璃化冷冻2枚囊胚,新鲜移植未孕,进行冷冻胚胎复苏移植,移植前一日当日解冻胚胎,移植日患者突发急性阑尾炎不能移植,在患者知情同意前提下再次冷冻保存,6个月后患者再次行复苏胚胎移植,成功妊娠,足月后分娩一健康女婴。记录女婴出生状况并随访至12岁。此女婴足月分娩,体长52cm,体重3 550g,儿童期体格发育正常,智力发育正常。因此认为囊胚二次冷冻后胚胎仍可能具有较好的种植潜能和发育潜能,但此病例仅为个例报道,临床工作中仍应尽可能避免胚胎的反复冻融。
