摘要
目的探讨中药联合针灸在提高试管婴儿成功率中的临床效果。方法将2007年6月—2011年12月接受试管婴儿助孕术者165例作为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组应用常规方法进行试管婴儿助孕治疗,研究组应用中药联合针灸进行试管婴儿助孕治疗,对比2组试管婴儿成功率及不良反发生率。结果研究组受孕情况、成活情况及未孕情况均优于对照组(P <0. 05),不良反应发生率方面,研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中药联合针灸较常规治疗方法更为有效,能够有效提升试管婴儿成功率,安全性较高,应在临床治疗中广泛使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined acupuncture and moxibustion on improving the success rate of IVF,and to study it. Methods From June 2007 to December 2007,165 cases as the research object,according to the digital table method,they were randomly divided into control group and research group. The control group used routine method for test-tube baby assisted reproduction treatment,and the research group applied combined acupuncture and moxibustion for test-tube baby assisted reproduction treatment. The IVF success rate and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared. Results The research group was superior to the control group in conception,survival and non-pregnancy（P〈0. 05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture is more effective than conventional treatment,which can effectively improve the success rate and safety of IVF,and should be widely used in clinical treatment.
