摘要
茄二十八星瓢虫(Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata)是茄科蔬菜重要害虫,但自然界中其在不同寄主上幼虫和成虫发生密度差别很大。选择龙葵(Solanum nigrum L.)、茄(Solanum melongenaL.)、马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)、番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)、南瓜(Cucurbita moschata(Duch.ex Lam.)、辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)等6种植物研究茄二十八星瓢虫成虫对不同寄主植物的着落选择及产卵选择,同时研究了其对同一种寄主植物上不同部位的选择情况。结果表明:茄二十八星瓢虫优先选择在龙葵和茄上着落,其次是马铃薯和番茄,在南瓜和辣椒基本上不着落;产卵则优先产在龙葵和马铃薯上,其次是茄子和番茄,南瓜和辣椒上不产卵;茄二十八星瓢虫在不同寄主植物上的着落数与相应寄主上产卵量无明显相关,但在同一种寄主植物上不同部位的着落数与产卵量呈线性关系。推断茄二十八星瓢虫成虫嗜好取食的寄主植物与其选择产卵的寄主可能不完全相同;但在同一寄主中,其成虫产卵部位与着落位置一致。
Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata was a main insect pest damaged Solanaceae plants,but in wild the population densities of larvae and adult were much different on different hosts.The preference of H.vigintioctopunctata adult to night shade(Solanum nigrum L.),eggplant(Solanum melongena L.),potato(Solanum tuberosum L.),tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.),cucumber(Capsicum annuum L.)and pumpkin(Cucurbita moschata(Duch.ex Lam.))were tested.Results showed that the beetles prefered to land on Solanum nigrumand Solanum melongena,then on Solanum tuberosum and Lycopersicon esculentum,and seldom landed on Capsicum annuumand Cucurbita moschata.While for oviposition the beetles prefered to lay eggs on Solanum nigrumand Solanum tuberosum,then on Solanum melongena and Lycopersicon esculentum,none on Capsicum annuumand Cucurbita moschata.There was no relationship between adults landing and oviposition.For the same hosts the beetles prefered to land on the upper and middle leaves,and there was a close relationship between the beetles landing and egg laying for the different section of the hosts.So the beetles might choose different hosts for landing and laying eggs,but for the same host they chose to the similar section for landing and oviposition.
