摘要
目的:系统评价小青龙汤类方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Embase、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库,检索时间为自建库至2016年6月,检索内容为关于小青龙汤、小青龙加石膏汤、射干麻黄汤、厚朴麻黄汤与西药对比治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的随机对照试验,由两名评价者独立筛选、评价、提取,采用Revman 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入13个随机对照试验,合计1 150例患儿。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组比较,小青龙汤类方可显著提高治疗的有效率[OR=3. 24,95%CI(2. 30,4. 57),P <0. 000 01],其差异均有统计学意义。结论:小青龙汤类方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效显著。
Objective： To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods： Literature search was carried out with computer on databases of Embase,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,China Knowledge Network,Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Database. The retrieval time was from the time when the databases were established to June 2016. The searching content were randomized controlled trials of modified Xiaoqinglong Recipe in treatment of cough variant asthma in children,namely,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Xiaoqinglong plus Shigao Decoction,Shegan Mahuang Decoction,Houpu Mahuang Decoction,compared with that of western medicine. Data were independently screened,evaluated and extracted by two reviewers and Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5. 3 software. Results： A total of 13 randomized controlled trials were included,with a total of 1 150 children got involved in it. The results of meta-analysis indicated that compared with the conventional treatment group of western medicine,modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction could significantly improve the effective rate in treatment of the disease [OR = 3. 24,95% CI（ 2. 30,4. 57）,P〈0. 000 01]. The differences were Statistical significant. Conclusion： Modified Xiaoqinglong Recipe has a significant clinical effect in treatment of cough variant asthma in children.
