摘要
目的:基于风险分析建立保健食品中非法添加不同类型化学降糖药的分析方法。方法:采用Waters Xbridge C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温35℃,检测波长235 nm,采用LC-ESI-MSMS对HPLC-DAD方法检测出的阳性结果进行确证,通过比较对照品峰与样品峰的保留时间,一级质谱和二级质谱确定样品中添加降糖类化合物。结果:14种降糖类化合物均得到分离,回收率为93.2%~106.5%,从62个样品中检测出7种非法添加化合物。结论:该方法简便易行,可用于保健食品中降糖类非法添加化合物的测定。
Objective: To establish an analytical method for the determination of different types of illegally added anti-diabetic chemical components in health foods based on risk analysis. Methods: The separation was performed on a Waters Xbridge Cls (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phorsphoric acid with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 35 , the detection wavelength was 235 nm, and the positive samples screened out by HPLC-DAD were validated by LC-ESI-MSMS with retention time and MS1 and MS2 spectra as the comparison indices in order to determine illegally added anti-diabetic chemical components in the samples. Results: Totally 14 antidiabetic compounds were well separated, and the average recoveries were between 93.2% and 106.5%. Totally 7 illegally added compounds were detected out in 62 samples. Conclusion: The method is simple and practicable, and can be used for the determination of different types of illegally added anti-diabetic chemical components in heahh foods.
