摘要
实时电价在智能电网的需求侧管理中可以有效提升社会总福利,但忽略了各方参与者的效用均衡性。由此在社会福利最大化模型的基础上提出了一种基于多目标规划的实时电价效用均衡模型以达到保障电力供应方和用户效用均衡之目的,并采用线性加权法对模型进行转化,再通过粒子群算法对模型进行求解。仿真模拟实验结果表明,均衡模型在用电需求上与福利模型相近,但电价变动趋势更为平缓,且需求性略高于福利模型,虽在社会总福利上略有降低,但供应方与用户间的效用差距减小,很好的平衡了两个主体间的效用差距。
Real-time electricity prices can effectively improve the total social welfare in the demand side management of smart grids, but ignore the utility balance of all parties. Based on the social welfare maximization model, a real-time electricity price utility equilibrium model based on multi-objective programming is proposed to ensure the balance between power supply and user utility,and the model is transformed by linear weighting method. The particle swarm optimization algorithm solves the model. The simulation simulation results show that the equilibrium model is similar to the welfare model in terms of electricity demand, but the trend of electricity price change is more gradual, and the demand is slightly higher than the welfare model. Although the total social welfare is slightly reduced, the supplier and the user The gap in utility is reduced, which balances the utility gap between the two subjects.
