四氟化钛溶液对釉质抗酸作用的实验研究

摘要 目的:研究不同浓度四氟化钛(TiF_4)溶液对釉质抗酸作用的影响。方法:选取人第三磨牙并制成3 mm×2 mm×1. 5 mm的釉质块试件50个,将其随机分为5组(n=10);分别用10 g/L TiF_4(A组)、20 g/L TiF_4(B组)、40 g/L TiF_4(C组)、13. 6 g/L Na F(D组,阳性对照)和双蒸水(DDW)(E组,阴性对照)对相应组试件进行处理后,一并放入10 g/L柠檬酸脱矿液中37℃水浴下脱矿5 min,并重复循环6次。脱矿结束后,采用激光共聚焦显微镜测量各组试件的脱矿深度,并用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)观察其釉质表面形貌。结果:A、B、C、D、E组的脱矿深度(μm)分别为20. 94±4. 35、19. 02±3. 95、17. 08±3. 89、19. 32±3. 37、26. 17±4. 62,B、C、D组分别与E组相比均有统计学差异(P <0. 05); A组与E组相比无显著性差异(P> 0. 05)。FE-SEM观察结果显示,不同浓度TiF_4溶液处理釉质后均可在其表面形成一层沉淀层,其中40 g/L TiF_4的沉淀层较厚且致密。结论:TiF_4溶液处理釉质后可在其表面形成一层含有CaF_2和TiO_2的沉淀层,而该沉淀层则是TiF_4提高牙齿抗酸能力的结构基础。 AIM: To study the of anti-erosion effect of titanium tetrafluoride solutions(TiF 4) on enamel. METHODS: 50 human enamel specimens in the siz of (3×2×1.5) mm 3 were randomly divided into 5 groups( n =10)and treated by TiF 4 at 10 g/L(group A), 20 g/L(group B), 40 g/L(group C), 13.6 g/L NaF(group D) and distilled deionized water (group E) respectively. The specimens were subjected to TiF 4 treatment and immersed in 10 g/L citric acid solution for 5 min per cycle and for 6 cycles. The depth of demineralization was measured by laser confocal microscopy, the specimens were observed by SEM. RESULTS: The depth(μm) of demineralization of group A,B,C,D and E was 20.94±4.35, 19.02±3.95, 17.08±3.89, 19.32±3.37 and 26.17±4.62 respectively, B, C and D respectively vs E, P 〈0.05; A vs E, P 〉0.05. FE-SEM observation showed that precipitation layer was formed on the enamel surface after the TiF 4 treatment. CONCLUSION: The treatment of TiF 4 solution may produce a precipitation layer of CaF 2 and TiO 2 on enamel, which is the structural foundation of the anti-erosion effect.
