摘要
目的 :研究FluorProtector对由于酸性果汁饮料导致牙釉质表面显微硬度的影响。方法 :采用维氏显微硬度仪测定牙釉质块经FluorProtector和 0 .1%氟化钠预处理后 ,再经酸性果汁饮料浸泡。饮料浸泡的方式为 5次 /d ,5min/次× 7d。 7d后测定牙釉质表面显微硬度变化。结果 :经FluorProtector和 0 .1%氟化钠预处理的牙釉质再经果汁饮料浸泡 ,表面显微硬度降低的程度低于直接用饮料浸泡的对照组。FluorProtector处理组的牙釉质表面显微硬度降低的程度最小。三组之间的差异有统计学意义 ( p <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :酸性果汁饮料能导致牙釉质脱矿 ,使牙釉质表面显微硬度降低。FluorProtector和氟化钠能抵抗牙釉质脱矿。FluorProtector的作用优于 0 .1%氟化钠。
Objective:To study the influence of Fluor Protector on bovine enamel surface microhardness caused by acidic fruit juice.Method:30 bovine enamel samples with size of 4 mm×4 mm were divided into experimental and control group. The enamel samples of experimental group were pretreated with Fluor Protector and 0.1%NaF,then exposed the samples into acidic fruit juice. The samples of control group were exposed to beverage directly. All the enamel samples were exposed to beverage 5 times a day and 5 minutes each, after 7 days' exposure to the beverage , the surface microhardness of all the enamel samples were measured by a Leitzs microhardness tester. Result:The surface microhardness of all the enamel samples decreased after immersed in the beverage. There was less decreasing in experiment group than that in the control group.Conclusion: Fluoride-containing material can inhibit the demineralization of bovine enamel caused by acidic fruit juice. The effect of Fluor Protector is better than that of 0.1%NaF.
