摘要
目的探究应用关节镜诊治运动性膝关节损伤的效果。方法选取在我院于2012年3月—2017年3月进行治疗的108例运动性膝关节损伤患者,分为观察组及对照组,每组各54例。观察组选取关节镜治疗,对照组选择传统手术治疗。对比两组诊治的效果差异。结果治疗前,对照组与观察组的Lyshom膝关节功能评分对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但是经治疗后,观察组优于对照组,且两组治疗后均优于治疗前,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者的下床活动时间、住院时间、手术时间,对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗之后,观察组优良率为92.59%,对照组为74.04%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对运动性膝关节损伤患者,采用关节镜诊治,可加快患者康复速度,缓解临床症状,改善患者生活质量,取得显著治疗效果。
Objective To explore the efect of arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of athletic knee injuries. Methods 108 cases of patients with athletic knee injuries treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2017 were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with arthroscopy, while the control group was treated with traditional surgery. The difference between the two groups in diagnosis and treatment was compared. Results There was no significant difference in Lyshom knee function score between the control group and the observation group before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group, and both groups were better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences in ambulation time, hospitalization time and operation time between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the excellent and good rate was 92.59% in the observation group and 74.04% in the control group. The diference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with sports knee injury, arthroscopy can speed up the rehabilitation, alleviate clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, and achieve signifcant therapeutic efect.
