右美托咪啶辅助椎管内麻醉的效果评定 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析同时总结右美托咪啶辅助椎管内麻醉的应用方法以及应用效果。方法对于我院在过去一年内所收治的接受椎管内麻醉手术病人资料100例施行分析,根据随机法将所选病人施行分组,给予对照组病人常规椎管内麻醉,给予研究组病人右美托咪啶辅助椎管内麻醉,对比两组病人的麻醉效果以及产生不良反应的几率,将所得各项数据施行统计学计算。结果两组病人的麻醉效果对比具备统计学意义;两组病人产生不良反应几率对比具备统计学意义。结论临床中开展右美托咪啶辅助椎管内麻醉,能够保证麻醉后稳定性,缓解麻醉对于病人血流动力学所产生的影响,应该给予大力的推广与应用。 Objective To analyze and summarize the application of dexmedetomidine in spinal canal anesthesia and its application effect. Methods The data of 100 patients receiving spinal canal anesthesia during the past year were analyzed. According to the random method, the patients were divided into groups, the control group was given routine spinal canal anesthesia, and the study group was given dexmedetomidine for spinal anesthesia. The anesthetic effect and the probability of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the data obtained were statistically calculated. Results The anesthetic effect of the two groups had statistical significance compared with that of the two groups. The adverse reaction rate between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine in the spinal canal anesthesia can guarantee the stability after anesthesia and relieve the effect of anesthesia on the hemodynamics of patients. It should be extended and applied energetically.
