右美托咪啶辅助椎管内麻醉的镇静效果观察被引量：2

摘要目的:观察右美托嘧啶辅助椎管内麻醉的镇静效果及安全性。方法62例椎管内麻醉择期手术患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=30例)采用常规椎管内麻醉处理,观察组(n=32例)采用右美托嘧啶辅助椎管内麻醉处理。分别记录术后6h、12h和24h各时间点的镇痛VAS评分,镇静Ramsay评分。结果观察组术后6h、12h和24h各时间点的镇痛VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而镇静Ramsay评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者未出现严重不良反应。结论右美托嘧啶辅助椎管内麻醉的镇痛效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
