摘要
目的探讨分析危急值报告制度在心血管内科中的应用价值。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月我院心血管内科实施危急值报告制度后抢救的230例患者作为观察组,再选择2015年6月至2016年5月未实施危急值报告制度抢救的216例患者作为对照组,分析实施危急值报告制度对心血管内科患者抢救的效果。结果观察组患者危急值处理时间明显短于对照组(p<0.05),抢救成功率明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组患者救治满意度明显高于对照组(p<0.05),医疗纠纷发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论心血管内科实施危急值报告制度,能有效提高医护人员对危急值的重视程度,缩短患者治疗时间,患者抢救成功率及患者对诊疗的满意度明显提高,同时有效防止了医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of critical value reporting system in cardiology department. Method A total of 230 patients accepting rescue in cardiology department of our hospital between June 2016 and June 2017 after critical value reporting system was implemented were recruited as the observation group, and 216 patients accepting rescue between June 2015 and May 2016 were recruited as the control group. The effect of implementing the critical value reporting system on the rescue of cardiology patients was analyzed. Results The time of dealing with critical value of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（p0.05）. The success rate of rescue was significantly higher in the observation group（p0.05）. Patients＇ satisfaction with treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（p0.05）, and the incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（p0.05）. Conclusion Critical value reporting system can effectively raise medical staff＇s attention to the critical value, shorten the treatment time, increase the success rate of rescue and patients＇ satisfaction with treatment, and prevent medical disputes.
