摘要
目的探讨五常法在心血管内科急救药械管理中的效果。方法建立心血管内科急救药械五常法质量管理小组,分析急救药械管理中存在的问题,应用五常法即常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律进行管理。结果急救药械完好率由90.4%上升为100%,护理人员急救知识掌握率由85.3%上升为92.1%,患者满意率由89.8%上升为97.2%。结论应用五常法对心血管内科急救药械进行管理,规范病区环境,提高护理人员的急救技能和综合素质,保证急救药械的质量与安全,减少医疗药械的不良事件,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To investigate the effect on 5S management in the department of cardiovascular medicine. Methods Established the 5S qualitymanagement team of cardiovascular emergency,to analyzed the problems of emergency management,and applied 5S that are often organized,often rectified,often cleaned,often standardized and often self-disciplined to manage them. Results The rate of intactness was increased from 90.4% to 100%,the rate of first aid knowledge was increased from 85.3% to 92.1%,and the rate of patient satisfaction was increased from 89.8% to 97.2%. Conclusion For the management of cardiovascular medicine emergency,5S standardized the ward environment,improve nurse first aid skills and comprehensive quality,ensure the quality and safety of emergency treatment,reduce adverse events of medical instruments and reduce medical disputes.
