摘要
针对三航"工5"风电安装船在坐底施工时可能出现的船底泥沙掏空危险,开发一套应力监测安全预警系统,在船体结构关键部位布置应力传感器,监测记录船体作业时的应力变化。结合关键部位应力的分析计算,判断掏空的程度,设置不同的预警值对掏空程度进行评价,并编制系统软件进行预警,在泥面掏空严重影响安全施工并对船体结构带来安全风险前采取一定措施保证施工和船体安全。
A stress monitoring and security pre-warning system is developed aiming at the potential danger caused bysediment erosion when the wind turbine installation vessel named "Gong -5" is bottom resting. This system contains severalstress sensors at critical areas of hull for monitoring and recording stress change during the operation of the vessel. Combinedwith the stress analysis and calculation of key parts, we judged the degree of sediment erosion, set different pre-warning valuesto evaluate the degree of sediment erosion, and compiled the system software for pre-warning. In order to ensure the safety ofthe construction and the hull, some measures should be taken before the sediment erosion seriously affects the safetyconstruction and brings safety risks to the hull structure.
