半潜驳改造坐底式风电安装船关键技术 被引量:3

Key Technology of Retrofitting Semi-submersible Barge into Bottom-supported Wind Power Installation Ship

摘要 近年来,在国家政策的大力扶持下,国内海上风电呈爆发式增长,风电安装船是海上风电场建设的根本保障,装备不足已成为海上风电场无法如期建成投产的主要障碍。由于新造风电安装船成本极高且耗时较长,为了即时提高风机安装能力,施工单位转变思路,充分利用半潜驳的先天优势,通过进行水动力特性分析、配套机构改造设计、新功能设计与再制造等,将其改造为新型坐底式风电安装船,下潜坐底进行风机安装施工。以针对江苏华尔锐启东H3#项目的“铁建潜01”改造船为例,功能定位与主要参数选型为主起重机350 t@30 m,主钩跨距30 m时吊钩距举升甲板面142 m,辅助起重机60 t@20 m,最大作业水深18 m的坐底式风电安装船,改造后可适用于浅水海域风电场的不同机型风机安装、拆除和运维作业,进一步推动了海上风电场的高效建设,对实现绿色能源开发国家发展战略具有重要的意义。 In recent years,with the strong support of national policies,the domestic offshore wind power has shown explosive growth,the wind power installation ship is the fundamental guarantee for the construction of offshore wind farms.The lack of equipment has become the main obstacle to the completion and operation of offshore wind farms on schedule.Due to the high cost and long time-consuming of the newly built wind power installation ship,in order to improve the installation capacity of the wind turbine immediately,the construction unit changed its way to make full use of the inherent advantages of the semi-submersible barge,and transformed it into a new type of bottom-supported wind power installation ship through hydrodynamic characteristics analysis,supporting mechanism transformation design,new function design and remanufacturing,and went down to the bottom to carry out the installation construction of the wind turbine.The"tiejianqian 01"reconstruction ship for Jiangsu Huarui Qidong H3#project was taken as an example.The functional positioning and main parameter selection are as follows:cranes 350 t@30 m,when the span of the main hook is 30 m,the distance between the hook and the lifting deck is 142 m,and the auxiliary crane 60 t@20 m.The maximum operating water depth is 18 m.After the reconstruction,it will be applicable to the installation,removal,operation and maintenance of different types of wind turbines in shallow water wind farms,which further promotes the efficient construction of offshore wind farms and is of great significance to the realization of the national development strategy of green energy development.
